The Honey Bee Stamps Cheerful Love Release is now available in the store. To celebrate the new release, we are having a two day blog hop called Cheerful Love. So please hop along with us both days to be inspired!
For my projects I used the Feelin' Foxy & Foxy Sentiments stamps.
I created the background on this card by using the Outdoor scene builder stencils I sponge dabbed the Birch tree background stencil with Frayed burlap Distress oxide ink, over Kraft card stock. I colored the sky with a light blue zig clean color real brush marker. Adding a bit of glossy accents to my colored butterflies gives them a 3D look.
I love that you can die cut the flaps separately and the die cuts a slot to add any little thing you like to the box. I used my Chameleon Color Tones Double-Ended Colored Pencils
to color the pretty fox.
Be sure to visit each blog each day & leave a comment to be entered to win!!! We will be giving away two $30 gift cards to the Honey Bee Stamps store, one from each day. The winners will be posted on our blog Tuesday, February 27th.
The Blog Hop lineup is as follows:

Your foxy trio of cards are so much fun!
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of the fox-in-a-box! These are all very cute.
ReplyDeleteWhile all three cards are awesome, I have to admit my favorite is the top one with the fox in the 'woods'! The trees don't look like they come from a stencil but seemed to have a depth that makes them appear to have been produced from and embossing folder. And I would have never considered using a kraft card base to do that on! It may be why the depth is so vivid.
ReplyDeleteCute cards! Love the distress oxide background on the 3rd one.
ReplyDelete(FYI...Went to Carol Hintermeier's site and didn't see a post)
