Creating my own PL cards

Hello, Today I am sharing some PL cards that I created.  I'm new to the whole pocket style of scrapbooking and creating my own cards seemed like a fun thing to do.

I made these with some leftovers from Echo Park "Here and Now" and Fancy Pants "Wonderful Day"

Thanks for stopping by today.

2009 Vacation Album - PL style part 2

Here are a few more pages in my vacation album.  Thanks for following my journey into pocket style scrapbooking.

I really love the Fresh fish card I created. This format is perfect for a vacation album.

Thanks for stopping by today.

2009 Vacation album - PL Style

Today I'm sharing the start of my 2009 Vacation album.  I am using a 6x8 Snap Binder. We spent four days in Loreto, Baja Sur Mexico.

I'm loving this format after creating a December Days album using the Snap Binder and pocket style scrap booking.

I'm using the Echo Park "Splash" and Bella BLVD "Sand & Surf" collections to complete this project.

Thanks for stopping by.

Back to Scrappin'

Hello, Sorry I have been out of touch for a while... just trying to get back to normal after the holidays.   Today I am sharing a layout I created using a sketch from Chic Tags.

The challenge was to use a large photo.  I decided to use this photo from New Years Eve 2013.  This will be my title page in my 2013 family album.

I used the Echo Park "Here & Now" by Lori Whilock. I love the bold colors and embellishments in this collection.

Thanks for stopping by today.  I promise to share more layouts and projects going forward in 2014.

Happy New Year

Sorry its been so quiet around here.  Now that we're through the hustle and bustle of the holidays it time to get back to scrappin!

Here is my latest layout - A Year in Review.

This 2 page layout was created using lots of "leftovers" I'm calling it my manufacture mix up.
I used paper from Webster's Pages -Allison Kreft "Its Christmas", BasicGrey "25th & Pine"  Pink Paislee "Snow Village, and Crate Paper "Bundled Up".  I also used some MME embellishments then I added one or two photos from each month in 2013 to review the past years good times with family.

So don't toss those scraps from all your Christmas projects. Try this. I think they all mixed up really well.

Wishing you a Happy Scrappin' New Year
